Think about it, you can buy all the highest quality supplements, take them methodically every day, then go to the gym and work out or run on the treadmill for hours; but if you are putting poisons into your body like transfats, high amounts of sugar in all it’s forms, and non natural GMO foods you’re heading for a health disaster.
