Supplement the Nutrients you can't get from your food

The best way to get your nutrients are from whole food sources the way God intended it. Highly bio-available in it’s natural state. Then we consume the food and the nutrients assimilate in our bodies.

However, for many reasons, among them overfarming, non-rotating crops on depleted farmland, etc, we can’t always get the same nutrients or in the right quantities as our grandparents did. Unless you are producing your own produce in your backyard garden and feeding your soil with good quality fertilizers, you are lucky to get anything great at your local grocery store.

Have you ever gone to the grocery store looking for a nice head of cauliflower and they all were just puny and not appetizing at all? I’ve had much better luck with local farmer’s markets to be sure.
