Not Everything Bad For Our Bodies is Obvious
Some of the worst things for our bodies are not necessarily the ones we put into our bodies. For example, we make decisions every day, either conscientiously or not, to eat the right thing to help us maintain our health, feel good, lose weight, etc. But, we also make decisions by how we think and feel. For example, I feel overwhelmed or depressed, so I will eat something that may not be good for me or binge on sugar, etc. These are things that we have some control over.
This page will cover things coming at us from the outside; some we will have more control over than others. However, they are not necessarily apparent items we would generally see coming. We always need to remain vigilant about the foods and drinks we consume, but we also need to be attentive to the forces, sometimes invisible, that are coming at us daily.
